1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Doory you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of service
Doory provides AI search visibility tracking for businesses, including monitoring of how AI assistants reference or recommend a business and related reports.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and acting on behalf of a legal entity to use the service.
4. Accounts and account security
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: scrape the service at scale, abuse, disrupt or reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
6. Subscriptions, billing and refunds
Not applicable yet — Doory currently does not offer paid plans. This section will be updated when paid plans launch.
7. Intellectual property
Doory and its content (excluding user-submitted content) are owned by us and protected by IP laws.
You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant us a limited licence to host, process and display it to provide the service.
8. Third-party services
The service relies on third parties including hosting (Lovable Cloud), analytics and an email provider. Their terms and policies may apply to their portion of the service.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We make no guarantee of specific ranking or visibility outcomes in any AI assistant.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service or your breach of these terms.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Exclusive venue is the Oslo District Court (Oslo tingrett).
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; we will provide notice via email or in-app for material changes.
